RSCMGR allows you to dictate what each user account can see and do in multiple ways:
1. Account type - Based on the type of account that a user has either frees up or restricts the actions they can take with many different tiers.
2. Assignment - Additionally, specific contracts can be assigned to particular members within your organization.
3. Group - Since businesses have different sectors handling different contracts you can assign them to their group and tie the contracts to said groups allowing for them to only see the contracts they need to.
Contractors themselves are also able to log into our application allowing them to see their contracts with you and even upload their own documentation to said contracts.
1. Manual or Automated Creation - It's simple to make contractor accounts via either sending a username and password automatically based on the pre-inputted information currently within the system. Having contractors go to your instance of the application to register themselves.
2. Document Upload - Contractors are able to view only their contracts with you and are able to provide the proper documentation themselves. Of course, you are able to review and approve said documents.
3. Notifications - Both you and the contractors will receive email notifications in your email so you don't need to contact the contractors themselves.
